📌Cancellation / Reschedule Policy A valid credit card is required for bookings. Cancellations under 24hrs notice incur a 150 fee, & missed appt’s may be charged $250.

📌Same-day cancellations (appointments within 24 hours): must be submitted through our secure Cancellation/Reschedule Form. This ensures your clinician receives immediate notification & if we are able to rebook your slot, the associated fee will be waived.
